Another fantastic experience at Mova! Pia has once again worked her magic! My colour and cut are absolutely amazing. She always knows exactly what will suit me, and the results are flawless every time. The whole team is amazing. Joe should be proud to have a great team of hair stylists and colourist. The salon itself is such an enjoyable place to be. There’s never any pressure, everyone is genuinely lovely, and the service and attention to detail are always on point. Highly recommend!

Rhiannon was very helpful and communicative in every step of the process. In the consultation she explained the cut very well to align my expectations with what was being said. She did an amazing job and offered touch ups and changes after every step. Unfortunately, the Mova in Staines does not offer the fusio-dose treatment I originally booked, instead I did the natural tec hair treatment, and my hair is still quite smooth and tangle free so I’m not too disappointed about that. Overall, it was a good experience, I got bangs and a little bit of layering.

I recently visited this salon for the first time and had my appointment with Rhiannon, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I walked in feeling self-conscious because my hair was greasy and I was already having a bad day. But from the moment I sat down, Rhiannon was so kind and welcoming. She immediately offered me a drink (the coffee was delicious!) and made me feel comfortable right away. As someone who hasn’t been to a hairdresser a lot, I wasn’t sure what I wanted — I just knew I wanted my hair to look healthy. She was patient and understanding while I explained that. She recommended how much to cut off, freshened up my layers, and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in her advice. She also told me that as a new client, I could get a treatment with 40% off, which I was thrilled about as I’m on a budget. Such a lovely surprise! At the wash station, she checked the water temperature and asked if I wanted the massage chair on — it was so relaxing. The head massage was amazing! She customised a treatment for my dry, frizzy hair and explained what each part would do, which I really appreciated. Back at the chair, she kept checking the length and layers with me and explained what she was doing. We had such a lovely conversation, and I felt more relaxed as the appointment went on. I walked in feeling uncomfortable but left feeling refreshed and confident. My hair feels and smells amazing! I couldn’t afford the recommended products this time, but I’ll definitely be purchasing them when I can. I highly recommend this salon — and especially Rhiannon. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! 💛

Years of full head high lights and half heads. My hair was in need of a complete refresh and needed to start again. Emily knew exactly what to do and put so much time and effort in! Really pleased with the results, such a great colour and Emily knew exactly how to work with thick curly hair! All the staff at Mova are so lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!
